The Position: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within the telecommunications, security, and access control sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of project life cycles, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive industry knowledge, and the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams.
Candidate must have solid transportation and be willing to undergo a background check and drug testing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Define project objectives and deliverables that align with customer needs and company goals.
- Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and timely delivery of outcomes.
- Customer Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project status, updates, and potential risks to customers regularly.
- Manage customer expectations and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project.
- Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and clear communication.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor their progress.
- Facilitate meetings and ensure that all team members are aligned with project objectives and deadlines.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Monitor and manage project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and controlling costs.
- Track project expenses and provide regular financial reports to customers.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to secure necessary materials and services.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Implement quality control processes and conduct regular inspections and reviews.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement improvements as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, highlighting progress, issues, and outcomes.
- Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, Security Systems, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Proven experience managing projects in the telecommunications, security, or access control industries.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific technologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
