Position Overview
Express Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic and organized entry-level Marketing and Branding Specialist to support company growth through digital content management, cross-functional collaboration, and event coordination. This role will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to assist with marketing, branding, events, proposals, and communication initiatives while helping maintain a strong, professional presence across our platforms and industry events.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Digital Content Management
- Help develop and maintain a company wide marketing plan with initiatives and goals for each month/quarter/year.
- Manage and update company website content (via WordPress or similar platform)
- Maintain online profiles and ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Assist in creating graphics or visual content to support company needs
- Support internal communications by creating and updating the company SharePoint (Intranet) site
- Sales & Operations Support
- Assist in coordinating customer-facing marketing materials, presentations, and branded content
- Track and organize lead information, client contacts, and business development follow-ups
- Provide direct support to Sales and Operations with administrative tasks, communications, and follow-up activities
- Conduct market research and track industry developments to refine bid strategies.
- Proposal Support & Documentation
- Ensure brand consistency across all proposals
- Assist with proposal development, formatting, and proofreading to ensure consistency and quality
- Support preparation of pre-qualification packages and project documentation
- Maintain and organize a proposal library with templates, company information, project experience, and visual assets
- Event Coordination
- Maintain a calendar of relevant industry events and registration deadlines
- Coordinate event materials, logistics, and branded giveaways (SWAG)
- Prepare event kits and support planning meetings
- Attend events when necessary (out of town travel maybe required)
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (or relevant internship/experience)
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace)
- Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus
- Familiarity with Canva is a plus
- Comfortable with document organization, formatting, and editing
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
Salary: $45,000
